  • Application/contract must be filled out completely or it will not be considered and all money must be paid in full with receipt of application. NO REFUNDS AFTER JULY 30, 2016.

  • No changes in electrical requirements after July 30, 2016.

  • Payment must be made by cashier's check, money order, or personal check, which must have Driver's License number, birth date and phone number across the top of check. No postdated checks will be accepted. NO CASH, PLEASE! Applications received without payment will not be processed. Registration, signed contract and payment must be received by July 15, 2016.

  • Food and snack food vendors are responsible for any health inspections that may occur. All food and snack vendors should be prepared for a health inspection. All food and snack vendors are expected to comply with all rules and regulations of health inspection. Vendors using an open flame or any cooking equipment must furnish their booths with an all-purpose dry chemical fire extinguisher with at least a 2-A 10 BC rating. All ground surfaces utilized by vendor MUST be protected from grease or oil. The vendor is responsible for all grease and oil clean-up AND REMOVAL FROM FESTIVAL AREA. VENDORS LEAVING A SOILED AREA WILL NOT BE INVITED BACK! WASTE WATER MUST BE IN CONTAINERS AND REMOVED FROM FESTIVAL AREA BY VENDOR.

  • YOU MAY NOT PUT ANY KIND OF STAKES IN THE STREET OR SIDEWALKS.

  • ABSOLUTELY NO golf carts/vehicles/UTV's are to be used or driven on the events streets during the event hours. All vehicles are to be parked outside of the event.

  • The hours of the festival are Thursday 6:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m., Friday 9:00 a.m.-10 p.m., and Saturday 9:00 a.m.-10 p.m. All booths must remain UP AND MANNED during the entire festival. Tear-down may be started at 10:00 p.m. on Saturday. Otherwise, booths cannot be taken down or have merchandise removed without express permission from the Chairman, Co-Chairman, or Vendor Chairman of Odessa Puddle Jumpers, Inc. Vehicles are not allowed on the streets for tear-down until after 10:00 p.m. on Saturday night. On Thursday or Friday, booths may remain open until midnight at the vendor's discretion.

  • Violation of these rules will jeopardize future participation. Odessa Puddle Jumpers, Inc. reserves the right of taking action to ensure compliance with these rules, including closure of vendor space.

  • No vehicles other than vendor vehicles will be allowed in the festival area during setup time for the festival. All vehicles should be removed from the fair area by Thursday night at 5:00 p.m. Absolutely no vehicles are allowed in the festival area after festival opens until festival closes. Please be aware of the other vendors setting up and allow them room also. Vendor vehicles are allowed after 10:00 p.m. on Saturday night for vendor tear-down. Please be respectful of citizens still attending the fair and other vendors still vending. No blocking of pedestrian traffic and/or vendors while parked in the streets for tear-down.

  • Booths must be taken down and removed from the festival area no earlier than 10:00 p.m. Saturday and removed completely by 12:01 a.m. Sunday. We ask that this process go as quickly as possible to allow the streets to reopen and cleaning up the festival area as promptly as possible.

  • Odessa Puddle Jumpers, Inc. provides the space only; we do not provide the tent, tables, chairs, etc.

  • The size of each booth space is set at 15' x 12'. We will not change sizes; if you need additional space you will have to purchase it. Discounts are not given for any reason, even if you require less space; this is to make it fair to all vendors.

  • Please be aware of your boundaries and DO NOT EXCEED YOUR SPACE LIMITATION. You may NOT go into the street to hand out or sell items, or to direct fairgoers to your booth without pre-approval prior to the festival.

  • Vendors will not be allowed to SELL or DISPLAY items that are deemed by Odessa Puddle Jumpers, Inc. to be OBSCENE, CONTROVERSIAL, DANGEROUS, or ILLEGAL. Items expressly prohibited from sale or display include, but are not limited to, throwing stars, switchblades, spring-powered knives, nunchucks, butterfly knives, silly string, water weenies, and explosive devices such as fireworks, including stink bombs. ALL BOOTHS MUST BE IN GOOD TASTE!

  • No microphones, bullhorns, loudspeakers, or any other magnification of sound will be allowed other than the planned entertainment at the stage areas. All music and the projections of sound must be contained within the booth and not be able to be heard outside the boundaries of the booth unless approved by festival officials.

  • Odessa Puddle Jumpers, Inc. cannot guarantee that any booth holder will be assigned the space requested. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO ASSIGN SPACES AND ALTER STREET LAYOUT AS DEEMED NECESSARY. THERE WILL BE NO EXCLUSIVES GRANTED.

  • All booth workers will obey the direction of any festival official.

  • All booth spaces will be checked regularly by festival officials during the festival. Written violation warnings will be issued as necessary.

  • There will be no animals allowed during the festival within or outside the booths unless especially approved by a festival official for shows or entertainment. Service animals are allowed at all times and patron must be able to produce proof of service training or status of animal.

  • Violation of these rules and regulations will be in default of the application/contract agreement. Results may be immediate expulsion, closure and denial of participation in future festivals.
