The Outtakes Band  The Outtakes Band is a local band that provides classic rock sound. Joe Worrel and The Last Free Exit Band  Joe Worrel and The Last Free Exit Band are a national group with local ties. Joe spent some of his youth in Odessa and is returning to entertain his home-town. Joe and his band will provide a sound that can't be matched with country songs and classic rock songs that will have everyone singing along.
