Each committe member is voted in by the existing committee and is asked to serve three year terms. The committee consists of a President, a Vice President, a Treasurer, and a Secretary. The Vice President will be the President during the next year, all other positions will be voted on by the committee members.

During the month when there is no meeting, the members are in touch with another and voting on issues through email and phone calls.
